Phool Ghobi Ghost
Marinated cubes of welsh lamb cooked in olive oil lightly blended with The Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices with organic cauliflower blended with Tia Maria and a hint of organic jersey cream making a rich textured sauce.

Chicken Bahar
Corn fed marinated chicken cooked in olive oil lightly spiced with The Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices cooked with cubes of caramelised organic peppers, onions and tomatoes.
