Starters

Chicken rolls

Chicken lightly cooked in olive oil with herbs and spices with organic sweetcorn wrapped in a luxurious crispy pastry parcel. Accompanied with a crisp rocket salad.

Main course

Phool Ghobi Ghost

Marinated cubes of welsh lamb cooked in olive oil lightly blended with The Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices with organic cauliflower blended with Tia Maria and a hint of organic jersey cream making a rich textured sauce.

Chicken Bahar

Corn fed marinated chicken cooked in olive oil lightly spiced with The Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices cooked with cubes of caramelised organic peppers, onions and tomatoes.

Mushroom and carrot bhaji

Wild mushroom and bay carrot gently cooked in olive oil with The Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices

Vegetable Akhni

Tild Basmati rice and organic mixed vegetables flavoured and fragranced with a special blend of The Chilli Lodge’s spices garnished with Indian herbs.

Starters

Shingara

Spicy potatoes cooked with Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices wrapped in a luxurious homemade pastry, served with fresh salad

Main course

Chicken Awara

Large breast of corn fed chicken marinated for 48 hours and tandoori cooked. Cooked using extra virgin olive oil and Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices, kidney beans and flavoured using cumin seeds.

Lamb Dilkush

Marinated welsh lamb cubes flavoured with Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices in a rich spicy sauce. Cooked with caramelised pepper, vine tomatoes and Bangladeshi baby onions.

Side dish

Aloo and Beans

Baby potatoes and whole green beans flavoured with a hint of Chilli Lodge’s finest herbs and spices cooked in olive oil.

Rice
